The process to succeed
Planning and IT Consultancy
We cooperated with all processes related to the planning and definition of the product, like brainstorming procedures, technical aspects, business model analysis, and creation of the technical specifications.
UI / UX Design
Creation of all design components. It includes the Art direction, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes (Invision or Marvel), and User Interface Design for web apps, mobile apps, and administrative consoles.
We had a Nearshore Software development team in the client’s time zone. It covers the architect, Web app developers, Backend developers, Mobile App developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
QA and testing
Automated and Manual QA and testing practices working with platforms as Katalon, Appium, App Center, etc. to fulfill all functional and non-functional specifications.
Maintenance and configuration of the Cloud server. Includes all security methods and arrangements to ensure a protected system with optimal performance.
Discovery, Planning, and IT Consultancy.
Perform planning processes and technical product design.
First, we understand the aims. Then, we proceed with the definition of the specification with the client, where it is possible to potentiate, balance, redefine, and arrive at a viable and productive technological approach, using the following steps and iterations:
1. Definition of product priorities.
2. Summary of the high-level requirement of the product.
3. Building the technical viabilities and external elements to be used (technological allies, APIs, libraries, frameworks) and technologies to use.
4. Defining the third-party platforms to integrate Deliverable: Product documentation at a high level.
Team members: IT Senior consultant, Innovation Consultant, and the architect.
Precise definition of all the functional and non-functional attributes that the final product must include, along with its acceptance criteria and technical features on desirable technologies to develop the product.
Deliverable: Document of functional, non-functional requirements, and user stories. Collaborating team profile: Engineer specialized in requirement analysis.
Architecture and programming.
Our Software development crew created all cloud-based architectures following scalability, designs, and client specifications. We always follow these processes looking for the most stable performance for web apps, mobile apps, and administrative consoles.
The technologies selected to work with are PHP, AWS, MySQL Server, Laravel, Vue.JS, Xcode, Swift, Android Studio, and Kotlin. We gave the product a great equilibrium between an excellent look and feel and fabulously functional and non-functional performance.
UI + UX
We created the user experience and user interface for the mobile apps, web apps, and Administrative consoles aligned with the client’s expectations, best practices, and preferences. We use the best design tools and combine the experience of the art director, UX designers, and UI designers.
Work methodology implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance services.
The Scrum methodology is our choice. A DevOps specialist manages the development, and a Product Owner is involved to ensure constant communication and potentialize the product as much as possible. We work with Azure DevOps to transparently track the development of all stakeholders.
We implement Manual and Automatic QA and testing techniques for functional and non-functional specs. We work with Postman, Selenium, and Azure DevOps to report any issues, errors, or concerns.
