This USA based client needed to find a way to connect big construction industry contractors with their subcontractors.

We created a complete technological solution involving product design, cloud architecture, backend development, mobile development, front-end development, and data security implementation. The product allows the users (contractors and subcontractors) to register, subscribe, create and edit profiles, find opportunities for mutual collaboration, track the progress of the work, and rate the collaborators’ activities.

The process to succeed

IT Consultancy

We cooperated with all processes related to the planning and definition of the product, like brainstorming procedures, Technical aspects, business model analysis, and creation of the technical specifications.

UI / UX Design

Creation of all design elements. Which includes the Art direction, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes (Invision or Marvel), and User Interface Design for web apps, mobile apps, and administrative consoles.

Software Development

We gave a Nearshore Software development team in the client’s time zone. Covers architect, Web app developers, Backend developers, Mobile App developers, Blockchain developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. For this matter, we had to add to the team a Security Engineer specialized in data management and data storing.

QA and testing

Automated and Manual QA and testing methods working with platforms as Katalon, Appium, App Center, etc. To fulfill all functional and non-functional specifications.

Web Administration

Maintenance and configuration of the Cloud server. Includes all security methods and arrangements to ensure a protected system with optimal performance.

Present the planning processes and technical product design.

First, we understand the client’s intentions. Then, we continue with the determination of the requirement with the client, where it is possible to potentiate, balance, redefine, and arrive at a viable and effective technological approach, using the following steps:

1. Definition of product preferences.

2. Summary of the high-level requirement of the product.

3. Placing the technical viabilities and external elements for the product to be used (technological allies, APIs, libraries, frameworks) and technologies to use.
